Over the next decade, more than 6000 New Zealand women will likely die of breast cancer. Families will lose grandmothers and mothers, sisters and daughters.

Our mission is to stop women developing and dying from breast cancer, ensuring a brighter future for generations of New Zealanders.

You can help by leaving a gift in your will to Breast Cancer Foundation NZ.

Trusted by New Zealanders for the past twenty years, we are the country's largest breast cancer organisation. We drive hard-hitting awareness and education campaigns about the importance of early detection though regular mammograms.  We also fund support programmes for women with breast cancer, and life-saving breast cancer research. All without any government funding.

Twenty years ago, hopelessness prevailed when a loved one was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then, breast cancer outcomes have improved dramatically. The screening rate is now 70% of NZ women and around 85% of women with breast cancer are still alive five years on.  Today there is greater hope because of these advances. Advances you can help continue.
